Portable speakers just got a little more interesting!

The CMF Speaker S is the more compact option, featuring a 45mm full-range driver, dual passive radiators and up to 10W RMS output. Its built-in attachment point also makes it easier to carry around for outdoor adventures. Meanwhile, the CMF Speaker M offers a more powerful audio experience with a dedicated 25W woofer and 10W tweeter, delivering a combined 35W RMS output for deeper bass and clearer highs.

Both models feature Bluetooth 6.0, NFC tap-to-pair, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift Pair and USB-C audio. They also support connections to two devices simultaneously, stereo pairing with an identical speaker and Auracast-based Party Mode for synchronised playback across compatible speakers.

Other highlights include Adaptive Tuning, Ultra Bass, Wide Soundstage and four custom EQ presets through the Nothing X app. Both speakers also carry an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, supporting submersion in up to 1.5 metres of water for up to 30 minutes under specified conditions. Battery life is rated at up to 18 hours at 50% volume with Ultra Bass enabled, while a 10-minute charge provides up to one hour of playback.

Available in White, Dark Grey, Orange and Turquoise, both models feature swappable front panels and knobs, with support for standardised 3D-printable custom designs. As for Malaysia, local pricing and availability have yet to be announced. So, which would you pick, the compact Speaker S or the more powerful Speaker M?
